Our Story

Born From a Love of Sweet Moments

Mini Pancakes and Bubble Tea started with a simple idea: what if we combined two of the world's most beloved treats into something even better? We didn't want to be just another dessert spot — we wanted to create a place where every visit feels like a little celebration.

Located right here in Carlsbad, we pour our hearts into every batch of pancakes and every cup of bubble tea. Our recipes are tested, refined, and approved by our family first — because we only serve what we'd happily eat ourselves.
